The project transforms an existing commercial building and its surrounding site into a mixed-use development focused on expanding housing opportunities for Keene residents and prioritizing renewable energy.

db Design Group was tasked with developing a comprehensive site plan that integrates efficient parking with thoughtfully placed trees and shrubs to complement the building’s dynamic architecture. The landscape design also provides a fresh planting approach to
revegetate areas disturbed during construction and improve the overall character of the site.
